The majority of Fixed Rate Bond Certificates of Deposit for Issue 2 (12 months) and Issue 3 (5 years) were mailed to customers at the beginning of June. Further mailings have been issued during August and early September which included any Balance Transfers received for Fixed Rate Bonds Issue 2 & 3 since the last Certificate issue. Fixed Rate Bond Certificates of Deposit for Issue 4 (3 years) have been mailed at the beginning of September.
