How much could I borrow?

Please note. This is only an indication of how much you could borrow. All applications are subject to status and lending criteria. A final lending decision will be based on assessment of how much you could reasonably afford, your individual circumstances, your credit score and the suitability of your property as security on your mortgage amount. The actual amount is based on a number of things – including your salary, credit rating and how much you can afford to repay after all your outgoings are included.

The length of your fixed rate period is agreed at the start of your mortgage and your repayments will remain the same throughout that period before reverting to our Standard Variable Rate (SVR).

  • It’s a straightforward way to help you manage your budget

Applicants must be aged 18 or over. All loans are subject to status. Security will be required.
