Clydesdale Bank wish to remind all our internet banking customers of the option to download the free, industry leading Rapport software from Trusteer, from our website. Rapport provides a more secure browsing experience giving an additional layer of protection not available by using anti-virus software alone. Rapport can be downloaded simply by clicking the “Download Rapport” button within the ways of banking section of our website. Rapport is easy to download and install and there is no need to restart your computer, it’s set up to protect you when you use internet banking.

Security Token

Clydesdale Bank wish to remind customers that certain high value transactions, for example one off or annual payments to HMRC, may require authentication by using your security token. If you do not already have a token for your use please order through the Administration Section on Internet Banking to help facilitate your payments when required.
