The Corporate & Structured Finance Team
David Maybury began his banking career with National Australia Bank in Australia and joined Yorkshire Bank on returning to the UK in 1993. David has over 20 years corporate banking experience in senior roles.
The CSF team has a wide range of experience across the Corporate and Acquisition Finance markets. Recent deals have included the financing of Pace plc's US$475m acquisition of US company 2Wire Group; the £200m re-financing of telecoms firm KCOM Group plc; the £8.5m and £20m private equity backed buyouts of Automated Systems Group Ltd and P & L Systems Holdings Limited.
