Nashville terms & conditions

  1. This competition is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland residents) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
  2. No persons (including their immediate families) connected with the administration of this competition are eligible to enter.
  3. To enter the competition you must select the correct answer and provide your email address on the Promoter’s campaign page (
  4. Entrants can submit their entry for this competition from 09:00am 26th April 2017 until 23:59 on 8th June 2017 (“Closing Date”). 1 winner will be selected for Nashville (“The Event”). The Event will take place on 16th June 2017 at the SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow.
  5. Maximum one entry per entrant.
  6. All valid and correct entries will be entered into the competition. The winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be contacted through email within 48 hours of the Closing Date. A winner who accepts their prize (“Prize Winner”) will need to provide their full name and confirm they agree to these terms and conditions. The winner will be given 36 hours to respond. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
  7. Each Prize Winner will be sent x2 seat tickets (“The Prize”) for themselves and a guest. No expenses, including travel to the Event and refreshments during the Event form part of the Prize.
  8. All reasonable endeavours will be taken by the Promoter to ensure the tickets are e-mailed to the Prize Winner at least one day prior to the Event. Tickets for the Event are e-tickets which must be printed off and presented for entry to the Event. Failure to provide e-tickets for each guest at the venue may result in entry being refused.
  9. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
  10. The Promoter will not be responsible in the event a ticket holder is refused entry or re-entry to the Event due to their behaviour or due to their failure to meet the admission criteria of the Event (which will include not being able to verify date of birth if requested to do so). Ticket holders are responsible for checking admission requirements to the venue.
  11. The Prize Winners agree and hereby grant the Promoter permission to use, copy, distribute, and publicly display their entries on any of the Promoter’s channels or their media partner promotional channels for all purposes related to this competition without any compensation or attribution to you. You also agree that the Promoter may use the Prize Winner’s name and likeness to administer and promote this competition, including for media interviews and promotional events connected with this competition.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants with regards to any communications relating to the competition.
  13. To obtain the names and counties of the Prize Winners and the details of the independent adjudicator please write to Equator, (Clydesdale Bank Hydro Competition), 58 Elliot Street, Glasgow G3 8DZ and include a stamped pre-addressed envelope.
  14. All Entrants and Prize Winners agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition the Prize Winners also agree to comply with the rules of the venue, including those stated on the reverse of the tickets.
  15. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries.
  16. All personal data of non- Prize Winners will be destroyed promptly after this competition has ended and their personal details will not be used for any promotional or marketing purposes relating to this competition.
  17. The decision of each winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is governed by UK law.
  18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook is not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion. By entering this competition, you are providing information to the Promoter and its 3rd party associates contracted for the purpose of administering this competition and not to Facebook.
