Centre Stage terms & conditions

  1. This competition is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland residents) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
  2. No persons (including their immediate families) connected with the administration of this competition are eligible to enter.
  3. Entrants must nominate someone they want to thank to award them with a VIP night at the SSE Hydro. All nominees must be aged 18 years or over.
  4. It is recommended you get the permission of the nominee before entering them into this competition.
  5. To enter the competition entrants can either;

    1. Complete all requested fields marked by an asterisk (*) that will be displayed on the campaign page (www.cbonline.co.uk/centrestage).
    2. Facebook users can enter the competition on the Clydesdale Bank Facebook page by commenting on the Centre Stage promotional post and describing who they wish to thank and why. It is not a condition of entry for entrants to tag their nominee in the post. Entrants must like the Promoter’s Facebook page so winners can be contacted via message.
  6. Entrants can submit their entry for this competition from 9:00 on 27th September 2017 until 23:59 on 12th October 2017 (“Closing Date”). Winners will receive two tickets to the Little Mix concert taking place at The SSE Hydro, Glasgow (the “Prize”) on Thursday 19th October 2017 (allocated at the discretion of the Promotor).
  7. Entrants can enter multiple nominations. No duplicated entries will be accepted.
  8. All valid entries submitted via all entry methods will be collated. A selection of entries will be shortlisted by a panel and then six winners will be selected by our independent adjudicator Equator.
  9. The prize will be awarded to six winning nominators (“the Winners”).
  10. The Winners will be chosen within 1 day of the Closing Date.
  11. Winners will be contacted in writing or through Facebook within 2 days of the Closing Date.
  12. The Winner who accepts their prize (“Prize Winner”) will need to provide their full name and email address and confirm they agree to these terms and conditions. The Winner will be given 48 hours to respond. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new Winner will be selected.
  13. Each Prize Winner will be sent x2 seat tickets (with access to the VIP Hydro Bar) for themselves and the nominee. No expenses, including travel to the Event and refreshments during the Event form part of the Prize.
  14. All reasonable endeavours will be taken by the Promoter to ensure the tickets are e-mailed to the Prize Winner at least one day prior to the Event. Tickets for the Event are e-tickets which must be printed off and presented for entry to the Event. Failure to provide e-tickets for each guest at the venue may result in entry being refused.
  15. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
  16. The Promoter will not be responsible in the event a ticket holder is refused entry or re-entry to the Event due to their behaviour or due to their failure to meet the admission criteria of the Event (which will include not being able to verify date of birth if requested to do so). Ticket holders are responsible for checking admission requirements to the venue.
  17. The Prize Winners agree and hereby grant the Promoter permission to use, copy, distribute, and publicly display their entries on any of the Promoter’s channels or their media partner promotional channels for all purposes related to this competition without any compensation or attribution to you. Entrants also agree that the Promoter may use the Prize Winner’s name and likeness to administer and promote this competition, including for media interviews and promotional events connected with this competition. Consent will be obtained from nominees before the Promoter publishes for promotional reasons any entry where a nominee is identifiable and/or before publishing any personal details or images of the nominee.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all Entrants with regards to any communications relating to the competition.
  19. To obtain the names and counties of the Prize Winners and the details of the panel and independent adjudicator please write to Stephen McCranor at Frame, 100 Brunswick Street, Glasgow, G1 1TF and include a stamped pre-addressed envelope.
  20. All Entrants and Prize Winners agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition the Prize Winners also agree to comply with the rules of the venue, including those stated on the reverse of the tickets.
  21. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries.
  22. All personal data of Entrants who are non- Prize Winners, including their entries, will be destroyed promptly after this competition has ended and their personal details will not be used for any promotional or marketing purposes relating to this competition.
  23. The decision of each winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is governed by English law.
  24. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook is not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion. By entering this competition, you are providing information to the Promoter and its 3rd party associates contracted for the purpose of administering this competition and not to Facebook.
