Overdraft Terms
Daily Unplanned Borrowing Fee £25.00
Fee charged each day we make a payment when you request Unplanned Borrowing. The fee is only charged where the amount you borrow at the end of the day exceeds the Buffer
Monthly Unplanned Borrowing Fee £25.00
Fee charged each month you take Unplanned Borrowing. You will be given 14 days notice before we debit your Account. This fee applies to Principal Account and Premium Current Account only

Collections Department
If we need to involve our Collections Department you must pay us all reasonable costs and expenses which we incur as a result. These could include any costs incurred by us on correspondence or in taking steps to trace you or recover money you owe us (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis).
