Log in to Internet Banking

Before you log in…protect yourself and your PC

  • Always enter the web address. Don’t use a link from an email to access Internet Banking
  • Keep your operating system and browser up to date by downloading the latest security patches from your software provider
  • Use a personal firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware software to protect your PC from unwanted viruses and Trojans
  • Check your accounts on a regular basis and report any suspicious transactions immediately to the Help Desk on 08456 011 801*
  • Never give out your personal log in details.  Clydesdale Bank will never contact customers via email or telephone asking you to supply any confidential information, telephone or internet banking login details
  • If you think you have received a fraudulent email, forward it to reportphishing-cb@cbonline.co.uk THEN DELETE THE EMAIL (please note no acknowledgement will be sent)
