Online help when using Internet Banking
Internet Banking also incorporates extensive help screens that explain every feature. To access help when you’re using Internet Banking, simply click the 'Help' link at the top of every screen:

If you receive a screen or voice message after creating a payment or if your payment is notified as "on hold" please contact us on 0844 693 2890, 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday to verify the payment. If dialling from overseas call 00441132440926. This number can only be used if you are verifying a payment which you created through Internet Banking.
