Activate your Internet Banking

If you've received your One Time Password from us in the post, you're ready to start using Internet Banking!

Firstly, check you've got these details to hand:

  • Your account details - sort code and account number
  • Your Customer Number (a 10-digit number starting '10', shown in your Internet Banking welcome letter
  • Your Access Code (the 4-digit number you chose over the telephone)
  • Your One Time Password (shown in your welcome letter)

Next, click the Activate button below. Follow the instructions on-screen and you'll be able to use Internet Banking straight away.
