Now that you’ve received your activation password from us in the post, you’re ready to start using internet banking

Ready to get started?

What you need for internet banking registration:

  • Your customer number (for personal customers, a 10-digit number starting '10', shown in your internet banking welcome letter. Business customer numbers begin with ‘C’ followed by 8 digits’) or personal details. Forgotten your customer number?
  • Your mobile phone and email address to hand
  • Your 10-character password (shown in your welcome letter). Your password is case sensitive.

To finish off, select whether you’re a personal customer or business customer. Follow the instructions on-screen and you'll be able to use internet banking.
