What do the additional security features involve?

Changing from 2 to 3 Log On screens requiring your 10 digit Customer Number, Internet Banking password and the answer to one of three chosen security questions to be input on separate screens.

In addition, rather than requesting you to type your full Internet Banking password each time you Login or when making or setting up a Payment you will be asked for a random selection of 3 characters from your password.

For example:

A password is: Password1

The enhanced security would ask for 3 random characters from your pasword:

Character 1: P
Character 5: w
Character 9: 1
