Register for Internet Banking

“I’ve never registered for Telephone or Internet Banking”

When you register for Internet Banking, we’ll also automatically set you up to use Telephone Banking too, so you’ll be able to use both services.


Step 1 – call the customer contact centre

  • Phone our Customer Contact Centre on 08457 240 024* (24/7)
  • Select option 3 and tell the advisor that you’d like to register for Internet Banking

Please have your account details (sort code and account number) to hand.

The advisor will ask you some questions to confirm your identity, and to choose a 4 digit Access Code number and a password.

Once you’ve done this, we’ll send you an Internet Banking welcome letter in the post, containing a One Time Password.  When it arrives, come back to this page to complete your Internet Banking registration


Step 2 - complete Internet Banking registration

Once you’ve received your One Time Password in the post, check that you have the following information to hand:

  • Your account details - sort code and account number
  • Your Customer Number
  • Your 4 digit Access Code number
  • The welcome letter containing your One Time Password 

Then click the following link to complete your Internet Banking registration.  You’ll be able to use the service straight away.
