• To enter you must complete the Clydesdale Bank personal internet banking registration process for the first time between 9am Monday 2nd August 2010 and Thursday 30th September 2010 inclusive and have logged in before 5pm Thursday 30th September 2010.
• *It should be noted that in order for full registration to be completed by 30th September the registration process should be initiated by 5pm on 21st September 2010 at the latest. Registrations initiated after this date cannot be guaranteed to be completed in time for entry into the prize draw. All eligible customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
• The prize is one pair of Clydesdale Bank Premier League football tickets with full hospitality (“the Prize”). The winner can attend the Clydesdale Bank Premier League football match of their choice (subject to availability) during the 2010/2011 football season

• Entries are restricted to one per person and no cash alternative will be provided.
• The Prize does not include travel to or from the Clydesdale Bank Premier League football match.
• No correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw. Clydesdale Bank reserves the right to alter the Prize, at any time, to an alternative of equal or greater value.
• The draw will be carried out by an employee of Clydesdale Bank on Tuesday 5th October 2010.
• The winner will be notified by post or telephone within 7 days of the draw taking place and will be requested to give the details of their preferred Clydesdale Bank Premier League match.
• The winner must co-operate for all reasonable publicity associated with this prize and accept that the winner’s name, county and photograph may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes.
