Executive profile: Kevin Page

Operations Director

Kevin was appointed to his current role in October 2008. As Operations Director for Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks, he oversees the property, performance and supplier services, commercial development and payments, and customer service centre operations functions.

Kevin joined National Australia Group UK in 2002 as Head of Marketing Delivery, leading campaigns to drive sales and positive customer experience across the UK retail network. In 2004 he was made Head of Direct Banking, responsible for all aspects of the Banks’ customer contact centres, Internet Banking, and web sites. In this role, Kevin led the turnaround of the customer contact centre, significantly increasing customer satisfaction and reducing costs by increasing employee morale, halving absence rates and cutting attrition by 40%.

Kevin’s experience prior to joining the Group included sales, marketing and business development roles for companies including Aggreko and British Aerospace.

Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and a Member of the Industry Council, Customer Contact Association. He holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.
