Executive profile: Arthur Willett

Arthur was appointed Human Resources Director on 1 March 2008.  In this role he is responsible for the strategic direction of a professional HR function delivering a full range of generalist and specialist HR services.  Arthur will also continue to work closely with the Remuneration Committee of the Principal Board and the Group Executive Committee.

Prior to this appointment, Arthur held the position of General Manager, Group Executive Programs, reporting to the Group Executive and the Remuneration Committee of the Principal Board, and he was based in Melbourne.
