In an increasingly regulated and complex industry, the Risk Management team makes sure we comply with the requirements of our regulator, the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The team also helps manage other business risks.
The UK finance team aims to provide world-class financial services to all our UK businesses. This ranges from regulatory reporting to supporting our product teams in pricing decisions.
The HR Team help deliver on our belief that great people, working together are the foundation of all our future successes. They provide support, guidance and development to all our employees.
This team– builds and implementing systems which help all areas of our business meet their objectives.
In addition they use these systems to process customer transactions and paperwork – from opening an account to getting a mortgage, to making an international payment.
