Two new arrivals for Clydesdale's London CSF team

Clydesdale Bank Corporate & Structured Finance has expanded its team in London and the South with the appointment of Toby Furnivall and Mark Timms as associate directors.

Toby, a qualified certified chartered accountant, joins from Allied Irish Bank where he has spent the past five years. As a relationship manager in the corporate banking division, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, driving revenue growth from both new and existing connections, meeting lending requirements and completing annual credit reviews. Toby covered a variety of sectors including retail, media, logistics and support services.

Mark, a qualified solicitor, has spent the last five years at international law firm Pinsent Masons. Working within its banking and finance department, his role was to advise banks, private equity firms and corporate clients on corporate finance and leveraged finance transactions. He specialises in mid market transactions and advised on a large number during his time with Pinsent Masons.
