Marcos Theodosiou comes from a corporate finance background and most recently has specialised in providing due diligence for private equity houses and corporate finance advice to major lenders. A qualified chartered accountant, Marcos started his career at KPMG where he gained experience of working on major M&A transactions.
Mike Budge previously worked for accountants BDO. He began his career six years ago in BDO’s Reading office, later moving to London to work in the corporate finance team.
Jonny Baxandall joins from HBOS where he started as a graduate eight years ago. For the past five years he has specialised in acquisition finance and has been involved in a large number of mid market transactions.
Andrew Merrifield, regional director, for Corporate & Structured Finance at Clydesdale Bank South, said: “We are delighted, to welcome yet more talented and experienced individuals to our team. These latest appointments mean we have recently recruited no fewer than nine people to our Corporate & Structured Finance team in the South and we are continuing to recruit and grow.
"This will help us to achieve our goal of doubling the size of our business in the next three years and increase our standing further in the corporate arena. These opportunities add to the strength and depth to the team whilst also enhancing our profile and expertise in key industry sectors including technology, media and telecoms."
