Clydesdale Boosts London Corporate Team

Clydesdale Bank has appointed Sam Barker as an associate director in its Corporate & Structured Finance team in London.

Sam joins from Clydesdale’s sister organisation Yorkshire Bank in Newcastle, where he worked in the Financial Solutions Centre managing a portfolio of businesses accounting for over £45m of bank investment. In his new role he will be responsible for the day to day relationship management of the corporate and leveraged portfolio for the Corporate & Structured Finance team.

Sam studied international business at California State University and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. He completed an MBA at Leeds Business School and joined the Bank in 2003 as a graduate trainee.
