Registration for Business customers not yet registered for Internet Banking and Telephone Banking
Step 1 - Call your Relationship Manager
Contact your Branch or Relationship Manager who will take you through the registration process.
Step 2 - Submit your Business Registration form
Once you have submitted your Internet Banking and Telephone Banking Business Registration form you will receive your Internet Banking Welcome Letter.
Your Internet Banking One Time Password and Customer Number will be detailed in your Internet Banking Welcome letter, this will also contain the information you need to complete your Internet Banking registration.
The One Time Password will be used the first time you login to Internet Banking.
Step 3 - Your One Time Password Letter
When you have received your One Time Password in the post you will be prompted to call our Customer Contact Centre to complete your registration. Dial 08447 36 26 16 and select option 3.
